HOW TO EDITS YOUR PHOTOS IN BEST WAY
1. Correct White Balance
Have you ever looked at photos taken on your phone or camera during the day and thought they were blue on it?
With all the advancement of digital cameras and smartphones, they don’t match your color. Whenever you see any shape or location in front of you, your eyes adjust automatically so that we can see a clear and sharp image in a natural color without using lenses.
Unfortunately, digital cameras and smartphones can't do that, so your photos often need to be photographed to be customized.
For example, if you take pictures or snap photos with a digital camera or smart phone in a controlled environment such as a studio where the light will be simultaneously, you can adjust the White Balance manually. But if you go out and stand again, this may or may not work well and may mean losing important moment of light.
Happily in the lightroom, you can convert White Balance to Lightroom mobile or pc to give your photo a more natural look.
2. Adjust Highlights and Shadows
Usually when I see the work of aspiring photographers, the most common answer I give is that their highlights (Whites) or Shadows (Blacks) seem to be cut in a beautiful place.
This means that there are no pixel details in that area so the image has white or black spots.
Ideally, you should try to avoid large areas where these cuts occur. Lightroom mobile or pc has a great function to help you get more time with direct adjustment.
There are times when cuts are very hard to find. This can be especially noticeable. But even if you click on the pictures in the dark areas where your shadows are being cut, brightening up those areas too much will leave you with too much noise.
3.Adjust Vibrance and Saturation
How often you use the Vibrance and Saturation slide will depend on your personal taste, preferences, title, and how much the image costs.
For example, at sunset you may want to magnify the colors to give your image something. While personal imagery may require subtle improvements.
4. Tweak the Contrast
There are several ways to do this in Lightroom. First the brightness slide in the tone section.
Just move the slider to the right to magnify (or left to drop) the contrast in the picture. If you want more control, check out the Tone Curve section. You can move slides or lines on a graph in different places to create the contrast level required by your image.
5. Straighten and Crop
If you are not doing anything else in the photo on the processing stage, one thing you should always do is make sure it is accurate.
This is especially noticeable in any image with a straight or horizontal line such as the height of the landscape image. You should also look for repairs to buildings that are plagued by changing lines (where the building looks like it is collapsing).
6. Dodge and Burn
Sometimes you will find that a particular area of the image can benefit from light or darkness. For example, you might want to light someone in your area without changing the whole picture.
Using traditional slides will illuminate the whole image, this is called global adjustment. However, if you select the Adjustment Brush (hit K on your keyboard to use it) which is located under the histogram on the right, you can choose to avoid (lighten) and heat (blur) only certain areas. This is called landscaping.
Call the changes you want to make, call settings (keep the feather number high to accept the change naturally), and call opacity (keep it low to use minor edits like paint).
7. Remove Dust Particles
No matter how much you clean your lenses, there will always be times when you will end up with dust particles in the sensor or glass lens. This is especially so in landscapes such as the blue sky. This is one of the main reasons why you should always check your work by reviewing it on your screen 100%.
